1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and maxwinmy ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered by maxwinmy, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, live betting and e-sports.
By completing account registration, making any deposit, or accessing any part of the maxwinmy platform, you explicitly express your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision contained here, you are not permitted to use this platform.

3. Account Registration and Management

Information provided during registration is subject to an identity verification process. Supporting documents may be required before a withdrawal is processed for the first time. maxwinmy reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account until verification is complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Your password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone. maxwinmy will not ask for your password through any communication channel including email, live chat or mobile phone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the maxwinmy customer support team immediately via live chat, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
maxwinmy supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. Currently available methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
4.2 Transaction Limits
Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction regardless of the payment method chosen.
Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved. This period may vary depending on the account verification status and the method selected.
4.3 Player Responsibilities
Players are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. maxwinmy reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the origin of funds. Any attempt at money laundering or financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
maxwinmy offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received.
Applicable calculation examples:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500

5.2 VIP Programme
Loyal players are eligible to join the maxwinmy VIP programme, which consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. Progression to a higher tier depends on the player's activity record and loyalty on the platform.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
All other bonuses and promotions offered from time to time have their own usage conditions, which will be stated when the offer is released. maxwinmy reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
6. Accepted User Conduct
Players agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the maxwinmy platform:
- Using any automation software, bots or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Distributing unlawful, offensive or threatening content through the platform's communication channels.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Using a false identity or invalid identity card information.
- Any attempt at fraud or circumvention of the payment system.
Violation of any of the above provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all fund balances and bonuses, and possible legal action where necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the maxwinmy platform, including but not limited to interface design, graphics, text, software code, trade names and logos, is the property of maxwinmy or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from maxwinmy.
8. Liability Limit
The maxwinmy platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Although maxwinmy works to ensure the platform functions properly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, maxwinmy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of gambling funds due to technical disruptions.
Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that maxwinmy is not responsible for game outcomes or losses incurred during normal gambling activity.
9. Account Termination
9.1 Voluntary Termination
Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting the maxwinmy customer support team. Before closure is processed, any valid account balance will be returned to the player in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable wagering requirements having been met.
9.2 Termination by maxwinmy
maxwinmy reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms.
- Suspicion or confirmation of fraud and illegal activity.
- A player found not to meet the age eligibility requirement.
- Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
10. Amendments to the Terms
maxwinmy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to players via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for security or legal compliance reasons.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes is considered acceptance of the amended Terms. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted and governed in accordance with the legal principles applicable to the international licensing under which maxwinmy operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a recognised arbitration body.
